DIMAYA is an AI-powered recruitment platform that connects job seekers with recruiters. We provide a matching service based on profile analysis. DIMAYA does not guarantee employment or the hiring of any specific candidate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate our AI matching algorithms; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The DIMAYA platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is the exclusive property of DIMAYA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIMAYA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of DIMAYA after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
